Your FaceTite journey

FaceTite Consultation
Step 1
Consultation

Your consultation is carried out in-clinic with an experienced doctor. We assess facial anatomy, skin quality and the areas you wish to improve (commonly the lower face, jawline, jowls and neck). We review medical history and suitability, then explain FaceTite (radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis), expected outcomes, limitations, recovery and material risks so you can make an informed decision in line with UK consent standards.

FaceTite Preparation
Step 2
Preparation

Your coordinator supports you through scheduling and pre-procedure guidance. We advise on medication considerations, practical planning for the first few days of recovery, and what to expect with swelling, bruising and compression. If relevant, we discuss skin preparation and how to minimise risk factors that can affect healing.

FaceTite Procedure
Step 3
Procedure

FaceTite is a minimally invasive contouring procedure that uses controlled radiofrequency energy beneath the skin to support tissue tightening and targeted fat reduction. A thin internal probe is introduced via small access points, with an external electrode completing the circuit. Energy delivery is carefully monitored to manage temperatures and reduce risk. The treatment plan and anaesthesia approach are tailored by your doctor.

FaceTite Recovery
Step 4
Recovery

You will receive personalised aftercare instructions, including compression guidance (if advised), skincare, activity modification and signs that require medical review. Swelling and bruising are expected initially. Results typically develop gradually over weeks to months as swelling resolves and collagen remodelling progresses. Follow-up reviews are arranged to monitor healing and progress.

What's the cost?

FaceTite starts from £4,500. Your exact fee depends on the areas treated and the complexity of the contouring plan agreed during consultation. We prioritise safe patient selection, realistic outcomes and an evidence-based consent process aligned with UK professional standards.

FaceTite may be suitable for patients seeking improvement in lower-face and neck contour with an added tightening component, particularly where mild to moderate laxity is present. Where there is significant excess skin, alternative surgical options may be more appropriate, and this will be discussed during consultation.

*If additional clinical services are required (e.g., sedation or theatre/nursing), these will be discussed transparently during consultation.

How does FaceTite work?
How does FaceTite work?
Tighten and contour

FaceTite is a minimally invasive procedure that uses radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis to contour the lower face and neck and support skin tightening. A thin internal probe is placed beneath the skin via small access points, while an external electrode sits on the surface. Radiofrequency energy passes between them, heating tissue in a controlled and monitored way.

This controlled heating can help with targeted fat reduction and collagen remodelling. Over time, collagen changes may improve skin firmness and definition, particularly around the jawline and neck. Results vary and depend on anatomy, skin quality, and the extent of laxity. Where there is significant excess skin, a surgical procedure may be more appropriate and will be discussed during consultation.

Recovery typically includes swelling and bruising initially, with results developing gradually over weeks to months. As with any procedure, risks exist and can include bruising, swelling, discomfort, temporary numbness, contour irregularity, infection, scarring at access points, burns, bleeding/seroma, and rarely more significant complications. We discuss material risks and alternatives as part of a UK-standard consent process.

FaceTite FAQs
Is FaceTite a facelift?

FaceTite is not a surgical facelift. It is a minimally invasive contouring procedure that can improve definition and support tightening. If there is significant excess skin, a surgical option may be more appropriate.

Which areas can be treated?

FaceTite is commonly used for the lower face, jowls, jawline and neck. Suitability depends on anatomy and skin quality and is confirmed during consultation.

How long does recovery take?

Most patients need several days of reduced activity, with swelling and bruising improving over time. Full settling and tightening can take weeks to months.

When will I see results?

Some contour change may be visible once early swelling reduces, but tightening usually develops gradually over weeks to months as remodelling progresses.

How long do results last?

Longevity varies. Many patients see results that can last years, influenced by skin quality, ageing, and lifestyle factors.

What are the risks?

Risks can include swelling, bruising, discomfort, temporary numbness, infection, scarring at access sites, contour irregularity, burns, bleeding/seroma, and rarely more significant complications. Material risks and alternatives are discussed during consultation.
